Lexi Wages and Joshua Osborne were selected as Rotary Students of the Month for April 2012.

Following graduation this year, Lexi has a very specific plan to attend college to study cosmetology to become a cosmetologist in Idaho. Lexi is the daughter of George and Karne Shutes and Craig Mesenbrink.  She is especially proud of her achievements in the Jr. Miss competition, finishing 2nd runner-up and was the interview winner. You may have seen Lexi at the Rex Theater where she handled ticket and candy sales. She has also worked as a secretary for Les Schwab. Lexi has assisted with the Mt. Hall auction and maintains a busy schedule in school, being an active member of the cheerleading squad, the national honor society, pep club, annual staff, and student council.

Josh is the son of Brian and Therese Osborne.  He is a member of the High School Robotics Team and helped design and build the current instrumentation used by the Robotics \team in Portland and St. Louis as well as in the finals of earlier Robotics teams. Besides his keen commitment to Robotics, Josh has particpated in the Boundary County Fair and the hands-on science exhibit "Discover Technology" and has also worked on a farm in Colorado maintaining fields and equipment. One of Josh's proudest achievements is his being awarded a scholarship to Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio where he plans to pursue an engineering degree in robotics.
