Lori, recently appointed as the new Executive Director of the Ponca City Development Authority (PCDA) by the Board of Trustees, will join us to share her passion and wealth of experience in driving economic growth for Ponca City. She'll discuss PCDA's role in various community initiatives and, of course, City Central. The meeting will take place in the Redbud Room on the lower level of City Central

Friday, October 11th: Let’s raise a glass for a cause at Pints for Polio at Vortex Alley! Every pint supports Rotary’s mission to eradicate polio. Rotary's focus on polio eradication is critical because polio remains a threat in some parts of the world, and as long as it exists anywhere, children everywhere are at risk. By working to eliminate this preventable disease, Rotary is protecting global health, demonstrating the power of collective action for lasting change.
Thursday, October 17th: Get in the Halloween spirit with us at Goblins on Grand! We’ll be there handing out candy and spreading smiles. This is a great opportunity to connect with families in our community and show how Rotary brings people together. If you're interested in volunteering to help the night of or help us with planning there will be a committee meeting on Tuesday, October 1st at 5:15pm just right before our regular meeting.
sunday Funday was a blast!!
We had an absolute blast at our Sunday Funday Social! With a great turnout and even a few potential members joining us, it was a day full of fun and connection. Shannon and Justin showed their bowling skills by beating us all, and honorary Rotarian Bonnie even bowled better than some of the adults! Brooke brought some awesome prizes, and Calley is looking sharp in his new Rotary hat!
We’re excited to make these socials a quarterly tradition, so stay tuned. If you have feedback or ideas for our next event, we’d love to hear them!

We’re excited to announce that Crawfest 2025 is set for Saturday,April 26th, so mark your calendars now! We’ll need all hands on deck for our second annual event, which we’re hoping to make even bigger and better this year.
Early sponsorships are now open, and we’ve already reached out to last year’s sponsors to get a jump start. If you know a business that might want to get involved, feel free to share this info—sponsorship prices will go up after January 1st!
The Crawfish Committee will be meeting after our Tuesday meeting on the 1st, so join us if you’re interested in helping out!
