Friday, November 15th: For our November Service Project, we’ll be part of Ponca City Main Street's Ice on the Plaza Opening Night! Our club will be serving free hot cocoa to the community and collecting donations to support NERA this holiday season. We’re looking for volunteers to help set up, serve, and represent the club at this festive event. It’s a great way to spread holiday cheer and connect with our neighbors. November is Rotary Foundation Month, and we have exciting news to celebrate! Thanks to the Rotary Foundation, our club has received a $5,000 district grant!
President Brooke Jones has earmarked these funds for a special project at Union School, which will include placing a fox statue, hosting a design contest, and creating a scholarship opportunity for students. We’re looking forward to involving the entire club as this project takes shape—yet another great reason to support the Foundation!
