mark your calendars

Join us for a special 2-for-1 edition of Tuesday Talks! First, check out our booth at Tools for Your Business hosted by Ponca City Main Street in The Summit. Then head to the Redbud Room for a quick update on the Ponca Passport Project from fellow Rotarian and LPC38 member Angela Rickman.

And don’t miss the big moment—we’ll be presenting a $3,000 check to NERA, made possible by your incredible support of the Crawfest Booze Wagon auction. Let’s pack the room and show up in force to celebrate the impact we’re making together. Your presence matters!

upcoming service projects

Tuesday, May 20th

Join us for a hands-on service project to help keep Dan Moran Park beautiful! We’ll meet near the splash pad/skate park area to pick up trash—just bring gloves or any tools you'd like. We’ll have trash bags on hand, and families are welcome to join in!

Just one hour of your time can help make a big impact in our community! Afterward, for those who can stick around, we plan to grab dinner together nearby—more details to come. It’s a fun and meaningful way to give back and connect with fellow members!

crawfest was epic!!

Thank You for Making It Unforgettable!

We’re still riding the wave of excitement from Crawfest—what an incredible night! Thanks to the hard work of our members (and some amazing volunteers), we more than tripled our fundraising total compared to last year. Every person who helped, donated, cooked, served, or cleaned their heart out—YOU made it happen!

The energy was high, the live auction was a hit (shoutout to that legendary banana pudding that went for nearly $400!), and the Booze Wagon—stocked entirely by your generous donations—raised a significant amount that we’ve proudly earmarked for NERA.

And how about that FOX our District Grant Project? It stole the show! We were honored to have representatives from Union Elementary join us to see it in person and share what it means for their school. We can’t wait to see it displayed on campus soon.

One of the best parts? The buzz Crawfest is generating in our community. Several non-members jumped in to help, and many more are now showing interest in joining us, inspired by how active and impactful our club is. Attendees told us over and over how fun, unique, and well-run the event was—we couldn’t be prouder!

So go ahead and mark your calendars now: Crawfest 2026 is set for April 25th, and it’s going to be even bigger. It’ll be all hands on deck once again—and we can’t wait to do it with all of you!
