Heather Ton is an accomplished maritime executive, strategic business
development leader, and entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience
serving the offshore energy, maritime, logistics, and industrial sectors. As Founder
and President of Gulf of America Services LLC, she leads a company dedicated to
delivering innovative solutions in marine transportation, vessel sourcing,
workforce solutions, procurement, project management, and strategic consulting
for both commercial and government clients.
Raised in a third-generation maritime family, Heather developed an early understanding of the
offshore industry and the operational demands that drive successful projects. Throughout her
career, she has built a reputation for connecting organizations with the right resources, creating
strategic partnerships, and identifying opportunities that generate long-term value. Her expertise
spans Jones Act-compliant vessel acquisitions, offshore support operations, supply chain
management, contract negotiations, emergency response coordination, regulatory support, and
business development.
Heather is known for her ability to recognize opportunities where others see obstacles. She has
cultivated an extensive network across the maritime, energy, construction, and logistics
industries, allowing her to bring together owners, operators, contractors, investors, and
government stakeholders to execute complex initiatives efficiently and effectively.
Beyond her work in maritime services, Heather is committed to projects that create meaningful
social impact. She is developing film and media initiatives focused on expanding opportunities
for individuals with Down syndrome and other special needs, believing that authentic
storytelling has the power to inspire, educate, and foster greater inclusion. Her work reflects a
commitment to building partnerships that combine business success with purpose.
