From The Top Our President Elect Josie Titcomb opened the meeting with the pledge of allegiance led by Kristen Morse and grace led by Gustave Fishel. There was no guest speaker this week. Dictonary Project - The dictionaries have been delivered to all of our students. BIG BIG THANKS TO: Co-Chair Frank Seibert & Julia Santo along with Marc Horowitz, Alice Cromarty, Gail Sullivan, Paul Cannella, Gene Hilgreen, Geralynn Harper, JoAnn Boettcher, Victoria Lever, & Pat Ziegler have made great progress on the Dictionary Project along with RYLA students Natalia Niebrzydowski and Angelia Amatelli-Griffith. Our Next Meeting Our next regular meeting at LIYC, will be held on Weds January 29th at 12:30pm. Our guest speaker is Barbara Joy Beatus-Vegh from Girls Inc. of Long Island in Deer Park. She will be sharing how her organization works to inspire all girls to be strong, smart & bold in our local community. |
