Via ZOOM Victoria Panella Bourns, Director of the Utah Division of Arts & Museums will speak in general about the state of the arts and changes required since COVID-19. Ms. Bourns serves on regional and national arts boards and previously directed Salt Lake County's Zoo Arts and Parks Program. She earned a bachelor's degree in modern dance and a master's degree in arts administration from the University of Utah.
