DG Charlie Tegarden visited Wickenburg Rotary on Tuesday, October 21, 2008.
With him were his wife Ann, his mother Mary Sue Clifford and her husband Gerry Clifford. He spoke to the club about RI President D.K. Lee's theme for 2008-09, Make Dreams Real, whose focus is decreasing preventable infant deaths by focusing on clean water, access to health care, and literacy. After lunch, President Valerie DiSciascio escorted Charlie and Ann to the Desert Caballeros Western Museum for its Rodeo Exhibit. It was a fun visit, and should be a great year under DG Charlie!
