Community program to support drowning prevention education and
water safety with the help of Josh the Otter and many others.

Splash4Safety is a water safety and drowning prevention program started in 2013
by the Peoria Rotary Club as an endeavor to provide parents and caretakers with
vital resources to keep loved ones safe when in, near, or around water.

Through funding from The Peoria Rotary Foundation Inc, sponsors and partnerships
with the City of Peoria, American Emergency Response Training, Arrowhead
Kiwanis and The Joshua Collins Memorial Foundation as well as from
grants, we are able to provide Josh the Otter presentations in classrooms,
offer free CPR training vouchers, as well as an annual S4S Pool Party celebration
which allows us to present water safety education to our community first-hand.

We are always willing to present to other clubs and groups in the Valley
and would welcome an opportunity to share this important program
with you. Please let us know if you are interested.
