I shopped. Where's my donation?
Please allow up to 30 days from the shipment/travel date for automatic processing of your donation. If it has been that long and you do not see your purchase/donation on your iGive Shopping Report, use the Missing Transaction Form to tell us about your purchase. We will use that information to credit the donation, and figure out what went wrong.

Travel Purchases
Travel purchases may not show up until after your trip is over.

Important Technical Note
To ensure that your purchases are tracked properly, make sure that your browser is set to "accept cookies." Got any pop-up blockers or personal firewall? Add iGive.com to your safe/trusted sites, as these programs can interfere with our donation tracking technology.

What if I forget to shop through iGive.com?
