The following are some examples of the Kingman Route 66 Rotary Club Foundation projects:
1. Our Dictionary project where, annually, we purchase and give out dictionaries to all third graders in the Kingman area including schools in Wikieup, Yucca, Dolan Springs and on the Hualapai Indian reservation. Since our club began participating in this project, Kingman Route 66 Rotary Club has donated over 14,000 dictionaries.
2. Supporting and donating to youth organizations such as Robotics, Cheerleading, and National Honor Society, to name a few.
3. Microgrants to Teachers, and school groups such as Care Closet.
4. Supporting and donating to the Mohave Community College summer education programs
5. The Rotary Reader project that provides local schools with volunteers to work with third graders to improve their reading skills.
6. We sponsor, annually, high school sophomores and juniors to attend the Rotary Youth Leadership Academy in Northern Arizona which is a weekend dedicated to building leadership skills.
7. As part of our Rotary Arizona District, we helped fund the Navajo Water project (providing clean water to residents of the Navajo Nation)
8. Donations and direct support of Veteran’s needs and Shelter Box.
9. We have adopted Metcalfe Park and do a monthly “park cleanup”.
10. Recognize Citizen of the Month (community members at large).
11. Sponsor Interact Club at Lee Williams High School.
12. Promote The Rotary Vocational Training Program and nominate local students to obtain funding for their training/education.
13. Promote International Connectivity: most recently by hosting the Los Amigos Rotarians as they take emergency vehicles from Canada to Mexico and hosting Australian Rotarians as they visited the Southwest.
14. Work with other Rotary Clubs in Mohave County to improve and maintain the facilities at Recreation Area 3 in Hualapai Mountain Park.

Every year, our club provides dictionaries to every 3rd grade student in all of our local schools. Members visit the classrooms, showing students how to use the dictionaries and what fun facts are also included in the books. For many of our children, this dictionary is the only book they own.
Our club provides Micro-grants to local teachers, in all grade levels, to help cover the cost of sustainable assets in their classrooms, helping to enrich the learning experience for all students.
Our club sponsors school events such as the Manzanita Elementary School's Golf Tournament, and clubs such as the Kingman Robotics Team 60.
The Kingman Route 66 Rotary Club also has a Rotary Readers program. Volunteers, Rotarian and non-Rotarians, are assigned a student who needs help in their reading skills.
