Don Whitman, President of Anthem Rotary, awards TJ Winzeler Mgr of Valleycrest with the Distinguished Service Sponsorship Award for 2014-2015. Don Whitman, President of Anthem Rotary, awards Mary Sue Hyatt,  President of the Arts Council of the North Valley, $500.00. The Arts Council of the North Valley promotes engagement between North Valley residents and artists, and building the creative capacity of arts organizations throughout the arts and cultural opportunities through education, outreach, and the support of artists and arts organizations.
