December was a busy month for this club. it started with a 3 day emergency food drive to support local food pantries a veterans luncheon and other projects

The club holiday party held at windows on the Lake was a great success with more than half the club and significant others enjoyed a night of camaraderie great food and dancing. After play always comes work and we did a veterans support service project.
 
 
The Ronkonkoma Rotary held a three day emergency food drive to replenish the local food pantries for the holiday season. The club volunteers  as well  volunteers from LT Michael Murphy Division US Naval Sea Cadet Corps, and Association for Mental Health and Wellness and St. Mary's Episcopal Church - Lake Ronkonkoma had members on site for the three days  We will be stocking (3) local pantries in the area that are in dire need of supplies. This drive provided much need food and gift cards for the needy in the area.
Other club members supported other events in the area. We had a member coordinate a stuff a limo with toys event and deliver these toys to local pediatric hospital wards. Another coordinated a tree lighting event to support local businesses.

Part of support to our veterans the club in conjunction with General Needs handed out jackets, hats, and gloves to the Veteran's as part as our project/donation.
  
Next year promises to be a better year as the club continues to attract visitors and new members
