Ticket Sales:  Ticket sales will begin and finish on the dates stated in the event information.

Ticket Delivery:  Information regarding ticket delivery or other forms of confirmation will be specified in the event information.

Returns and Refunds:  Requests for returns and refunds received before the end of the final date as stated in the event information will be processed and refunds issued by cheque and sent by Canada Post 4-7 days after they are received.
