The first well ever drilled in South Sudan by South Sudanese citizens is now producing water! Donations from Hy-Vee, area churches, and WellSpring Missions and matching grants from District 6000 and Rotary International provided funding to purchase and transport well kits to Old Fangkak. Crews have been trained to do the drilling and maintenance, and more wells are in progress. After several frustrating years, the initial phase of this project has finally come to fruition.
