Our Sergeant at Arms was Shannon DeLouis who completed 80's trivia for the club. 
 
At our meeting the Rotarian of the Day was Norma Bettis, who introduced Allysa Ballantini who is the Registered Dietitian at Hy-Vee in Altoona. Allysa talked to us about the different plans they offer to help the public understand things like portion size, healthy eating, and shopping assistance to make better selections for your grocery list. 
 
This week our Sergeant at Arms will be Adam Kline and our Rotarian of the Day will be Pam Donahue.
