Klubben gästades av Lars Ektander, fastighetsmäklare på Ludvig & Co, stationerad vid kontoret i Vadstena. Han gav en överblick över det aktuella läget vad gäller marknaden för skogs- och lantbruksfastigheter i Sverige men med särskilt focus på Östergötland. Generellt har det varit en prisstegring vad gäller skogsfastigheter, här är det inte ovanligt att fastigheter köps av personer eller bolag utan anknytning till orten medan åkermark ofta förvärvas av på orten verksamma lantbrukare. Det kan konstateras att vårt område står sig väl vad gäller priser för såväl skogs- som lantbruksfastigheter. Priset för åkermark på Vadstenaslätten ligger mellan 250 000 – 400 000 kr per hektar. Lars konstaterade att även villapriserna i Vadstena ligger kvar på en jämförelsevis hög nivå. Många frågor ställdes av åhörarna under det uppskattade fördraget.

 

 

Från distriktet har kommit inbjudan till inkommande President till ett Zoom-möte den 13 februari då distriktets budget för Rotaryåret 2023 – 2024 kommer att presenteras. Vi har fått en vädjan från Ventspils Rotary Club att bistå ekonomiskt till ett projekt där man skänker portabla elverk till Ukrain. Se nedan:

 

 

The war in Ukraine has deep impact to our attitude to values and understanding that we all are ONE WHOLE. All the World has joined hands to help Ukrainians. And we understand that this is not support only to them, this is our fight for the value of victory.

Ventspils’s Rotary Club  has organised and sent help cargos not just once in the Ukraine war period. These were medicaments and medical equipment, food, thermal underwear, winter clothes, footwear, woolen socs for soldiers and civils, supplies which are vital for the life of the rear of the front.

We have close cooperation with coordinators from Lviv, which are able to define precisely acute and neccesary needs. Now we have recieved news about necessity for cargo of medicine and very urgent  necessity  for portable power charging stations. The list of medicines is prepared and the cargo is ready to be sent, but concerned to portable power/ charging stations we should have finacial support.

We have found the needed product: Eco Flow DELTA Max Portable Power station, the price for now is   EUR 2737. There is an urgent need for two of them.

We are kindly asking Rotary clubs in Sweeden to support Ukrainians in the fight against agression of Russia!
