Registration is now open. Please register through the Rotary Club of Oakville website by Friday, 16th at 1:00 p.m. This deadline is important as we need to provide the Oakville Golf Club with our final attendance numbers.

Location: Oakville Golf Club

Arrival Time: 6:00 p.m. Fellowship  & Cash Bar 
Meeting Begins: 6:30 p.m. 

Accessibility Needs Elevator is available for those that are not able to do stairs. 2 Handicap Parking Spots near the main entrance if needed. 

Cost: $50 per person

Payment can be made by e-transfer to rotaryoakville1925@gmail.com or by credit card through our website.

If you are paying by e-transfer, please send me a quick email once your payment has been sent. I do not have access to see the e-transfers as they come in, so your email helps me keep our attendance and payment records accurate.

Chicken in a creamy sauce, served with seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes.

Vegetarian Option
Stuffed pepper with couscous.

Coffee and tea will be served.

If you require a gluten-free or dairy-free meal, please indicate this in the Comment Box when registering.

For guests with a dairy allergy, a refreshing fruit sorbet will be available for dessert.
