May 2, 2018, was a very special meeting. Terry Adams, who was a Charter Member of Ames Morning Rotary in January 1989 and served as club president for the first two years, was made an honorary member. Other Charter Members Bill Dreyer, Al Hermanson, and Arch Oldehoeft were on hand to praise Terry for his leadership and for being an outstanding role model for the past 29 years.
Song leader John Lott contributed to the celebration with two special musical tributes. Terry's wife Helene and daughter Angie and her children joined us in celebrating the importance of Rotary in the Adams family.
