  • Corn hole tournament update: November 19 at Alan’s Restaurant in Boscawen
  • Recent Bowling Night was fun! 
  • Next week the hat will be passed to collect money for Amigos Trip medications. Board will review option to match all donations raised.

  • Ben Kiniry – trying to buy property, was able to get assistance from Secretary of State to set up an LLC.
  • David Gazaway – Scooting
  • Matt Dodge – Had a great time last weekend at the 24-hour car Lemon Car race and went very well. 
  • Gerry Carrier – Halloween Howl is happening tonight at 5:30pm downtown Concord 
  • Chris Parkinson – has been on Secretary of State website – easy awesome process!
  • Cheryl Lindner – scooter 
Program: Abbreviated Club Assembly & Speaker
  • Vocational Services - if people are using items from kitchen, need to set up a sign-up sheet to track
  • New Generations – two volunteers will come for Trunk or Treat. Looking for more volunteer opportunities for these students. 
  • Christmas Trees – November 29th trees are coming! Sign up for selling shifts will be coming after the auction. 200 trees plus 60 wreaths hope to sell out in 2 weeks. 
  • Treasurer’s report – end of Sept $11,590. Foundation has ~$82,000
  • Greener Bow – roadside pickup collected 50 bags of trash 
  • Interact – 50 students this year! Lots of projects including walks, movie nights, lots of things underway 
  • Membership - 4-Way banner is coming to have for displayed at our meetings and other events. Looking to plan potluck game night in the winter and looking to reach out to Dunbarton to grow reach in that town.
  • Publicity – Vanessa may be reaching out for help for November. She’s deploying to Alaska on Monday. 
  • Foundation – Thank you to club for $750 donation for Amigos. 
  • Auction November 5-9. Have almost 200 items online! Keep bringing in items. Remaining raffle tickets are to be sold at Trunk or Treat on Sunday.  
 
Meeting Speaker – Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander - Introduced by David Farr 
 
Reflected on the 4-Way Test in her work in Congress. Also spoke of her work representing New Hampshire day in and day out. Participated in question and answer session as well. 
 
 
President Dick closed the meeting with a toast to Rotary the world over.
