President Gerry opened the meeting at 07:30 and Michelle shared some inspiration and asked to keep loved ones close after the recent fires and plane crash in Washington DC.

- Movie night was a success, 26 people turned out, thanks for putting it together
- Discussion still going on about designing a marker for Rotary Park (potentially a granite marker like the Peterborough club's)
- Hooksett club asked for our participation in donating any household goods
- Board approved reallocating funds for new thrive project
- Scholarship PDF fillable forms are on Clubrunner. The vocational application was also shortened and revamped.
- Honorary member John Hanson, is resigning from the club due to time restrictions.
- Club Member's meeting next week. Maybe a classification talk or two.

Eric Anderson - Last day to register for town selectmen and other committee positions. He encourages everyone to get more involved in town operations.
Tanya Frost told a funny story about her son Finn, who apparently has been in detention in school before.
Durwood Sargent’s family went to Spain.
Matt Dodge paid $20 because he is happy about ski racing and is sorry for missing last week’s greeter duty. (Matt won last Friday's morning race but lost the afternoon race by 200th of a second!)
Linda Bliss had so much fun with her grandkids, she needed to take a nap.
Judy Goodnow had a fun time with her grandkids too.
Dave Gazaway is happy to be seated at a new table with 5 new friends after being kicked out of his old one.
Ben Kiniry thinks sugar is no good and is happy to be going a month free without sugar or alcohol.

Eric Anderson introduced our speaker, the new director of the Baker Free Library, Kaitlin Camidge. She excitedly spoke about everything Baker Free has to offer. Not just books but media, e-books, audio books, movies and even tools etc can be borrowed.
Need a metal detector? They've got one!
The idea that books popularity would die in the electronic age has proven to be wrong. Still is their largest volume of borrowing.
President Gerry closed the meeting with a toast to Rotary the world over.
