President Donna Announced that August 1st was Ken Moulton's 30th Rotary anniversary! (he's getting old!)
Bow Rotary will not be selling Quack Pack tickets for the Concord Rotary Club, this year, as we may be overwhelming our members.
August 23rd...Rotary Night at the Fisher Cats at NE Delta Dental Stadium, Manchester NH.
Game at 7:05 - Fisher Cats vs Portland Sea Dogs...great fellowship, Rotary Public Awareness, food and drink and $4 of each $12 ticket goes to Rotary's Polio Eradication Effort.
Checks to 7850 DGE Bruce Pacht, 51 Mascoma St., Lebanon, NH 03766 and pick up tickets at the stadium ticket window.
August 24th ... Lobster Bake, Wallingford Rotary - $25. for all you can eat!?
August 24th...Fire on the Mountain Chili Feast, Henniker Rotary, Pat's Peak Ski Area, 12:30pm (take your Purple Pill and come) - Great family fun.
August 30th...Manchester (NH) Rotary's "Cruising Downtown" Car Show on a closed off Elm Street.
September 8th...Windsor Rotary Golf Event
September 18th...District Golf Tournament, noon at Eastman GC, Grantham, NH Box lunch, golf, cart, prizes and light dinner $125. per player make up your own 4-somes!
October 25th...District Membership Conference - 9 am, Brattleboro Retreat, Brattleboro, VT more info to follow
October 25th - our Annual Scholarship Auction - at Grappone Toyota on Route 3A in Bow.
Secretary's Report: Cate De Vasto shared a chart showing attendance is down to 74.3% perfect attendance and membership is down as well
Treasurer's Report: Paul Mercier reported there is $24,701.29 club account. Of that, $15,000.00 of the total is pledged to the Baker Free Library fund. We have $17,480.53 in the foundation account.
We still have campership funds available. Bill Johnson's daughter made $1000 contribution.
Mason & Rich will do the clubs tax returns.
Auction: Gale Kenison announced there will be meetings every Tuesday morning at 7:00 am @ the Town Hall (not the old town hall)
Auction will be on October 25th, at Grappone Toyota, in the basement.
Concert Series: Bryant Stevener - 2 more concerts this year. This Sunday will be Freese Brothers.
The last Sunday, August 17th will be a new group, The Moores.
There is a recommendation to put most popular groups at the end next year to see if that will help build a larger audience.
Community Meeting: Mike Griffin announced the next meeting for the Community Group will be either August 19th or 21st (tbd) @ The Baker Free Library.
Mike encourages anyone interested to attend. (Update: Meeting confirmed for August 21st at 6:30 PM)

Jeff Kipperman had a good year. His business is doing well and his children are progressing nicely in their educations.
Happy Bucks:
Chris Parkinson is happy to be celebrating his 40th wedding anniversary to the woman he has been sweet on since he was 15 years old.
Mike Fornier is happy his son is home from Afghanistan.
Jeanne Gerulskis is happy for the upcoming Comedy Night on September 20th @ 6:30 PM
Karen Wadsworth is happy her daughter and family moved back in with her, and that her daughter starts a new job next week.
Steve DeStefano is happy that his team did well in the Sunset League and thanked Grappone for their support. He is also happy Kimberly is coming home after a several state travel.
