President Matt opened the meeting at 07:30 and greeter Michelle shared some inspiration. 
 

 

Speaker Mark Lampman had a guest, his son Lian.

Matt Dodge - Board decided to change the meeting location and date of monthly board meetings back to the 3^rdMonday of the month.

Dave Farr and crew finished building picnic tables at Hanson Park.

Eric Anderson - Band concert went very well over 200 attended of that, 80 were kids

Dick Swett announced that the water project in Africa was moving ahead.

Chris Parkinson updated us on the Honduras trip scheduled for Feb 2024.

Ben Kiniry updated us on the auction.

Ben Kiniry is starting to ride his pedal bike again.  He took off his training wheels and is doing fine.

Chris Parkinson thanked Gerry Carrier for rides to Rotary and back.

Judy Goodnow has five tickets to give away to the N.H. Craftsman’s Fair in Sunapee.

Gerry Carrier was happy to report the pavilion picnic tables had been built.

Linda Bliss reported that her granddaughter is a river rat an also doing well at school.

 

Program: Mike Ard introduced our speaker Mark Lampman, who gave an inspiring talk about how Rotary help him become the man he is today.  From growing up on the Northwest without much money to being one of the exchange students, that rotary sends to other countries.  His being the Philippians after joining the Navy and becoming a Navy Seal.  Also about being diploid for three tours overseas and his moving to N.H. because his wife is from this area.
