Sergeant at Arms: Bryant Stevener
Birthdays: 
Tom Ives: Good birthday; brother & friends retired. Wife retired 3 years ago. Sons & families well
David Gazaway: Good year; Caleb graduating & heading to UNH
Mike Ard: Had a birthday but Bryant failed to acknowledge D/T using old list
 
Fines: 
Bob Couch Volunteered that he was not wearing a Rotary pin
Kim Place: Volunteered that she forgot her badge.
Michelle Fortin: Fined for ringing phone

Dave Farr: Enjoying teaching class @ UNH. “Makes me think!:
Chris Parkinson: Granddaughter acting and has a good voice
Ken Moulton: Presented closing remarks at PSU graduation; Also, is playing pickleball on Sunday against a team that is traveling around to all 48 contiguous states..
Linda Bliss: Belated thank you to Roadside Clean-up crew; Played with great-grandchildren last weekend; Took a pickleball lesson and loves it!
Dave Scanlan: Spoke with 4th graders from Bow schools at the State House. Was impressed with how well prepared ,respectful and well-dressed they were.
Mike Gula: Enjoyed family gathering; son is Eagle Scout candidate and is close to meeting $2,500 goal to bring project to fruition.
Sherry Ferns: Daughter went on a trip.
Karen Wadsworth:  Watched Masters Golf; daughter-in-law set up the tournament.
Peter Imse:  Impressed with the delight that the 1st graders had with the book reading.  Daughters-in-law on trip with grandkids.
Steve DeStefano: At the Rock n Race. Over 6,000 participants.
Gerry Carrier: Walked more than 26,000 steps while staining boards for Pavilion. Also, attended a Steve Martin show and laughed until he couldn’t laugh any more.
Dean Cascadden:  Has 21 school days remaining. Looking forward to retirement projects. Took a singing lesson and discovered that he is supposed to breathe.
Eric Andereson: Two articles re Bow Rotary in the Bow Times.
Tanya Frost:  Thanked Eric for filling in for her during her vacation to Florida
 
Program: Club Assembly - Car Show Prep
Gerry Carrier, Sec'y: Attendance last month - 95.1%; 49 Members, 42 Active & 7 Honorary
R.I & Bow dues will be increasing; Rule of 85 guidelines in progress
 
Paul Mercier, Treas.: Club Budget in the works; End of year surplus about $10,000
Foundation - $55, 235.84. All but $35,000 is restricted.
 
Bill Ames: Club Adminstation & International Service:
Judy Goodnow & Eric Anderson in charge of P.R.
Speakers & Greeters all set except for one open space next month.
Chris Parkinson Will be interviewed regrading Amigos next month  by a NY radio station.
Dick Swett spoke about a Grant Application to support Chisi Island people following cyclone damage.
 
Interact: Dick Swett reported that the new leadership has been elected. Planning session scheduled to establish committees and a work plan for next year. Interact will also assist with the summer concerts.
Peter Imse reported that Early Act will participate in the car show with a goodie table. The pencil sharpeners have arrived and will be installed at the school. Carol Niegisch has joined the Early Act Committee.
 
Community Service: Bryant announced the Awards night event will be held on Thursday 6/15 at 6:00 P.M. at the Library. There will be no Rotary meeting on Friday, June 17th.
Eric Anderson: The concert series is coming along. Budget is good
 
Car Show: Gerry Carrier & David Gazaway announced that there will be a car show tomorrow. Rain is not predicted until midafternoon. Setup will start this afternoon, with the Goodie bag team scheduled for 5:00 P.M. To date 64 cars have been preregistered. Table & tent setup will start at 6:00 A.M. tomorrow.
 
PRE-PETS: Matt Dodge attended 2 weeks ago. The schedule & Budget for next year should be completed within the next week.
 
President Elect Matt closed the meeting with a toast to Rotary the world over.
