Announcements:
President Dick read a letter from the Friends Forever International organization – they are soliciting our financial support. Their mission is to “help young people become the best versions of themselves” and they believe that “leadership is about the good they can bring to others”. They have campuses in NH, Northern Ireland, and Belize. They state that every gift goes towards paying 100% scholarships for students. This will be discussed further at the Board meeting on Monday 12/15/2025

The Rotary Club has completed the Town Annual Report for the Rotary page. Thanks to all for their help.

Christmas Trees – Mike Griffin – there are 14 trees left. Price is reduced to $40. Eric Anderson is selling by himself tonight 4-7 pm – Can anyone join him? Tomorrow (Saturday) Melissa is also working alone selling trees 10am – 1 pm – please join her if you can. No one is signed up for the 1pm-4 pm shift on Sunday – please sign up if you can. Thanks to everyone who has helped sell trees!

Dean Cascadden - $20 – this will be his last meeting in Bow- he has been in the Bow Rotary Club for 20 years. He is transferring to the Meredith Rotary Club which is closer to where he lives. He has decided to run for NH State Representative from Meredith.

Gerry Carrier - $2 Bill Ames will be in charge of the ugly sweater contest next week as Gerry is out of town. REMINDER – Gerry will donate $100 if 20 Rotarians wear ugly sweaters and will donate $200 if more than 20 members wear ugly sweaters!
Also, happy that his granddaughter is graduating from Wyoming Tech next week.

Joya Dennehy – she and her husband had a great 14 day vacation in the Dominican Republic – feeling blessed
Linda Bliss - proud of her youngest granddaughter who is at UNC and presented her electrical engineering project
Durwood Sargent - $2 – sold a $40 tree for $50. Last week when the speaker was signing the book, he noticed that she presented him with a birdseed wreath.
Chris Parkinson - $20 – enjoyed selling trees with Gerry. Thank you to Dave Farr for switching shifts with him
Eric Anderson -great selling trees with Dave Farr. One person gave an extra $20 donation to Rotary when they bought a tree.
Gerry Carrier – he sprayed the Cornhole boards to make them less slippery. Thank you to Finn for testing them out this am.
Program:Chris Parkinson's Annual Skit
The Annual Holiday Skit titled “Rotary Conduct Investigative Services (RCIS), written by Chris Parkinson was performed by Rotary members. All enjoyed the skit and the guitar playing and singing performed by Chris.
President Dick closed the meeting with a toast to Rotary the world over.
