Melissa – thanked Bow Rotary members that help with CRVNA Annual campaign for 25th anniversary

Hospice Lights of Life Community Memorial Service – Dec. 4
Andrea – Covid 19 response – Several weeks ahead or Gov. orders. Operations structure (Incident Command) Monitoring cases. Hospital capacity. Communicating to staff. Safety of staff.
Early challenges felt like shifting sand. Hard to keep up. Availability of PPE. State and volunteer donations
Later challenge fatigue and stress. Holidays approaching, how will that feel?
Did well – daily updates. Instruction for using PPE. Staff support. Opened incident command email. Answered 100% of emails.
Leveraged ability to move staff as needed.
Supported employees – no lay-offs. Committed to keeping staff working. Accommodate staff that needed flexibility
