Total of 37 Announcements: - Matt Gatzke would like to thank all the Rotarians who worked the polls during a well run election.
- Gerry Carrier- Rotary Park cleanup will be Saturday November 7th from 8-9:30am.
- Matt Gatzke There will be a 50th anniversary committee meeting Monday at 7:00pm.
- Gale Kenison – Auction raffle tickets mailing will go out this week. The Merrimack County Savings Bank and maybe the Library will have tickets for sale.
- Bow Rec Department has decided to forgo the annual tree lighting at the gazebo instead they will hold a parade on November 29th and has asked community groups if they are interested in adding a vehicle to the parade.
- Jon Ruggles reported the Trees have been ordered and are scheduled to be delivered the Saturday after Thanksgiving
- Dick Swett reported the Flamingo project is going well. The Interact have already raises over $500.
- Jeannie Richards – The Earlyact Club will be meeting by Zoom for the foreseeable future but there is no official start date as of yet
- Chris Parkinson – November 12th District Foundation Night. 100% of proceeds go to eradicating Polio and preregistration is required.
- Judy Goodnow– Old Town Hall project continues to move along. Mike Soucy is scheduled to pain the ceiling and crown molding next week. Judy is planning to wrap the lights, windows and paper the floor on Sunday and if anyone can spare some time that would be great. Limit to only a few members and masks are a must.
Sergeant at Arms: Joya Dennehy Happy Bucks: - Happy Birthday to Jon Ruggles on October 29th. Jon states this year was a good year, family doing well and celebrating 49th year of R&T Electric. I asked Jon one time what the T stood for and listened to a great story so ask Jon some time.
- Matt Gatzke- Daughter is getting married this weekend.
- Bob Couch – Katie has had her second child. Eloise was born 8 pounds 12 oz and 20 inched long.
- Judy Goodnow – Congratulations to Bill Ames and his wife for all the hard work they do with the VNA. Judy also states she is currently on baby watch for her son’s first child.
- Dick Swett happy for Grandchild number 11 born last Saturday.
- Peter Imse – A happy $10 that the election is over with a smooth operation and no issues. There were over 80 volunteers, 5,500 votes cast, 2,200 of which were absentee ballots. All records.
- Dean Cascadden – School update. Cases are on the rise but no major increases in school cases so far.
- Rick Minard- Happy for Rotary donations providing masks for refugees.
- Steve DeStefano – Fully recovered for surgery recently and hoping to play baseball next year.
