Birthdays:
Judy Goodnow (4/19) was just back from Barcelona or as she stated (BAR celona- not sure what she was implying).  She is good and trying to cut down to four days of work per week, with actually less work and not just less time to do the same or more work.  She had a great trip and rode business class on the way back which may be her preferred way to travel.

Betsy Patten (4/26) had a good year because she joined Rotary.  Her family is well and fine and she is happy to be in Bow and getting used to us as club members.

Sargent at Arms:
Fines: Gerry Carrier fined himself for a lot of confusion over birthdays.  Dave Gazaway was caught trying to sneak in late via the kitchen and reprimanded appropriately - again.
Logos- Jon Ruggles of R & T Electric and Gerry Kingwell of Cobb Hill Construction had some $1 advertising

Bryant Stevener won the raffle but did not pull the joker.

Program: 
Bob Couch then trained members on using the Club Runner Program.
There is a public page with Speakers and Greeters and other information to download, but the real power is signing in as a member.  Usernames may be first initial and last name possibly followed by 1612 (our club number) and passwords can be recovered via e-mail.
He implored the club to manage their own profile and update any information especially contact information and birthdays (the year is not shown when reports are done).  He reviewed the use of the e-mail center and how easy it is to communicate.
He showed how all committees are now under Standing Committees so that any documents uploaded can be seen year to year.  This is an important function and will replace the black binders for archiving useful club stuff.  The committee chair is responsible for making sure that important stuff gets uploaded.  In the past, it was uploaded under years so it was not carried forward.  If you are looking for an old document go to the 14-15 year and look under committees because that is the last year that was updated in the old system.
Bulletins will still be sent to Robert Louf or Bob Couch as uploading them has some interesting twists.
Email Eric Anderson, Robert Louf, Donna Deos or Bob Couch with any mis-assigned roles or committees.
For e-mail, reply or reply all works, it just has to go back through the program to prevent spamming.

President Gail had the speaker sign Rescues for the BFL, and toasted Rotary.
