Announcements:
  • President Judy Goodnow announced there will be no meeting this Friday, March 9 due to the bathroom renovation work being done
  • Awards Night will be held on June 7, and all past presidents are going to be invited
  • Rick Minard donated 2 tickets for the Dell and Dawg Performance at the Capitol Center. The tickets were auctioned off to benefit Clean Water. Harry Judd offered the highest bid.
  • Peter Imse announced the town election will be held on March 13 with the business meeting being held on the 14th. He would appreciate volunteers able to help out.
  • Donna Deos mentioned the Rotary Institute is being held at NHTI this weekend, and the upcoming District Conference will be held in Burlington.

  • Rick Minard was happy with an event featuring the Concord Choral performing “Mozart” at the Capitol Center.
  • Chuck Rheinhardt was happy that his grandson had a successful basketball tournament.
  • Michelle Fortin was happy for the upcoming Bow Booster Club Wine and Beer tasting event on March 24th

Program:
Rotarian announcing speaker(s): Harry Judd
Bob Scott is the Commissioner of the NH Department of Environmental Services. He is a resident of Bow, and has dedicated his life to public service. He is a former Commissioner of the Public Utilities Commission and served 30 years in the Air Force. Commissioner Scott gave an overview of the Department and discussed the combined mission of protect the environment and public health.
