- Rich Berryman provided an update on the ROI meeting. Due to lack of interest they were not able to have last year. With the local location they are hopeful to have more interest. The date is 3/3/18 and this year will be held at NHTI. There will be a hot breakfast followed by the sessions which run from 7:30am-3:30pm. The sessions will include leadership, Rotary knowledge, projects, strategic initiatives and more. Both July and Mike echoed the value in attending. All members are encouraged to attend.

They had a a blast
- Chris Parkinson was not sure he was happy that details about his wife and the alarm issue that he shared at the previous meeting made its way back to his wife. No one owned up to sharing the information. Chris also has an extra ticket to the UNH Hockey game if anyone is interested.
- Bob Couch apologized to Chris for maybe sharing too much of the details in the Rotary Bulletin, however, he was just reporting the minutes of the meeting.
- Dave Gazaway was happy to announce the car show is coming on May 19th and expectations are a 20% increase over last years’ totals.
- Judy Goodnow was $5 happy for her trip to Austin Texas for a baby shower for her granddaughter that is arriving soon. She was extra happy to get back before the storm.
- PDG Rich Berryman was happy that on January 1st, 2018 he retired from dentistry. He feels good, but will see how retirement goes. He still works a couple of days a week at Delta Dental.\
- Birthday Happy- Harry Judd celebrated a birthday on January 1st, A fine year, one daughter graduated from college and two to go. The entire family was home for the holiday and haven’t all been together for 18 months. Some bad news...weight gain.
- Matt Gatzke was happy today for his fleece lined jeans! Oh and the water being restored.
- Birthday Happy – Ken Moulton celebrated a birthday in December. A great year, lots of golf, his grandson is 18 months and doing well, Jackie retired and they are headed to Arizona.
Raffle Winner: Matt Gatzke / No joker Program: Scholarship Presentations Rotarian announcing speaker(s): Steve DeStefano introduced the scholarship recipients The scholarship recipients were all invited to the Rotary meeting to receive their scholarship awards. Some of the parents were in attendance as well and all enjoyed breakfast. Accepting today were; Michael Mullen, Samantha Perry, Lucas Cohen, and Sarah Jarrar. Each of the recipients provided a little background about themselves and talked about their studies. They were all extremely grateful for the generosity from the Bow Rotary Club. Due to the weather Nandita Kasireddy was not able to attend and will be recognized at a later meeting. President Judy closed the meeting with “A Toast to Rotary the World Over.”
