Pres Gerry said he and Ryan Anastasi are still working out the rules for the card game.
Concert committee Dave Farr – Last night’s concert had about 40 people – it rained. One more concert left. Hot Skillet is next week.
Bill Ames – Henniker club having annual cruise on Sunday from 8-11. No charge to get in.
Pres Gerry - Challenging the membership committee to come up with some social activities. Club seemed to settle on getting together at Chucksters with tournament environment.
Chris Parkinson - needs to switch speaker assignments. Swapped with Dave Farr.
Ken Moulton – update on district golf tournament on September 30. Dean Casscaden interested in golfing. Also interested in hosting our golf people at his place.
Pres Gerry – 4 way speech reminder. Peter Imse has made an attempt to update bylaws to integrate Hooksett satellite club.

Donna Deos - $2 happy to be here. Daughter was nominated for hometown hero.
Mike Griffin $1 – Delta Dental 5k race in Manchester last night. In 1994, he ran 24 minutes and change. Last night he ran 25:25. Happy about not really slowing down.
Matt Gatzke $3 – Did backpack stuffing at SNHU last night. 3,200 packed. Elementary, middle and high school. Shoutout to Tanya for her boys and girls club event. Sandy comes home today from Poland. Good to have her back.
Eric Anderson $1 – Twin Mountain makeup camping but it still rained.
Marcy Kelley - In her words fines for no badge, no anything. Will be in Kentucky. Son will graduate from ROTC advanced camp.
Steve DeStefano $2 – Sunset league ended this week. Freese brothers were great last night.

Dave Farr – no money but pointed out how much Freese Brothers give out in scholarships.
Program:Heather Patton from Community Action Program headstart and early headstart program.
Partners with families because parents are a child’s first teacher. Talk to families about what it’s like to have a child in the school system. Main focus is families who are living in poverty. Services are offered in Merrimack and Belknap counties.
Center-based program provides meals for the children.
Try to incorporate different cultures from the families in all of their services.
Many of the headstart teachers are former students. They also hire parents to work with program and provide them money for education and training.
Needs for the organization include gas cards, gift cards to the grocery store, winter clothing.
