Today’s Greeter:  John McCauley welcomed members to Bow Rotary – John shared a prayer about calendars and poems from his wife who works at the Birches.

  • Matt Gatzke – Speech was Tuesday, March 2nd, March 19th he will speak at our club;
  • Judy Goodnow  – Town hall update- Blue line for painting, Bob did the chair rails;
  • Matt – Al Kanegsburg – Something for the club he had some rotary history books;
  • Geoff – 35 on call out of 44 active members very impressed;
  • A.G. - Update June 12th Rotary meeting, district conference November 12-14th in Meredith Mill Falls, President elects -   PFTS starts next week.
  • Gerry Carrier  – Car meeting – a survey being sent out to car owners to see what they want to do.  Fall rally in August or nothing at all?
  • Dick Swett – Interact update
  • Peter Imse – Town Meeting – Tuesday election, Friday 12th, Wednesday the 17th Bow High School

  • Bob Couch - $2.00 Another great grandson, Jameson, trying to keep up with Dick Swett
  • Carol  - $5.00 Volunteer at a vaccine clinic
  • Bill Ames - $20.00 5 hours of training for visiting nurse coach
  • Gerry Carrier – $2.00 New skis yesterday
  • John McCauley – $20.00 Heading to Texas to see family and grandson
  • Ben Kiniry - $5.00 snowmobiling up north.  Tire fell of his snowmobile trailer, rest if the trip was great, views were unbelievable
                Peter Imse introduced Dr. Young. 
                Dr. Young went to Stanford and attended Dartmouth Medical School
                Dr. Young delivered 200 babies a year with 8,000 actual deliveries

Yester year to today:
                Focus at Concord Hospital was care
                In 1982 there 60 Physicians and dentist, now there are over 400
                There used to be a list in pediatrics but now with Hippa you can no longer do that
                Beepers were used and all Pages for doctors were overhead for the whole hospital, how did people sleep?
                Doctors always called referring physician after surgery
                EMR’s time consulting and takes away for time with patients
                Makes billing easier
