Jerry thanked all other who helped. - Gerry Carrier announced that there are still shifts open for “bell ringers”.
- Dave Scanlan announced an up-coming leadership seminar to be held at the Christa McAuliffe Center. He also mentioned the up-coming Governor will be starting an international exchange program in the near future. He also mentioned that the 50th year anniversary celebration will be during Matt Gatzke’s term. A survey will be developed and sent to all members early next year. Dave said the transition to Matt will begin next year and he thanked all committee chairs and all members for their efforts. Dave asked Sandy to come out of the kitchen for a round of applause, which she did wearing a Christmas Cooks hat. No meeting next week.
Sergeant at Arms: Gale Kenison had a birthday. Gale said her grandson shares her birthday. Fines: - Ben Kiniry late fine.

Happy Bucks: - Ben Kiniry said he challenged his kids to do some public service projects and they chose to be “Bell Ringers”.
- Steve DeStefano said he and his wife, with her new knee, got rear ended on I93 north last night.
- Jeannie Richards is happy her daughter and son in law found a house in Durham.
- Noreen Christensen was happy for taking her grand kids to see Dolly Parton in Boston. She said she and her husband schedule all their appoints for Fridays when they can so she can attend our meetings. She also offered that any member who wanted to stay overnight in Boston would be welcome in her home.
- Chris Parkinson said he would be retired before our next meeting and wanted us to know he sang his final report.
- Dean Cascadden said when he and his wife were in a romantic moment. she said that if she dies first and Dean remarries she wanted to make sure the second wife doesn’t get the house. Dean contacted Ben Kiniry, because of his elder law experience, and Ben made it happen.
- Peter Imse was happy to report that the Interact and Early Act kids went caroling and had a great time.

Program: Club Assembly
President Dave Scanlan presented the slate of new officers: Matt Gatzke President Ben Kiniry President Elect Michelle Olivier Vice President Betsey Patten Secretary Paul Mercier treasurer Dave then asked for a voice vote which was all in favor.
Secretary Report: Betsey reported we have 54 members, six honorary and six Rule 85 members. She thanked the members for letting her serve another year. Treasurers Report: Paul Mercier reported the club has $29,561.17 in its account and the Foundation has $66,306.85. Paul stated that the details of all financial transactions are always available for members to review. Sergeant at Arms Report: Matt Dodge reported that he is behind on his budget and maybe he will get a little tougher on his fines. Club Service Report: Gerry Carrier reported that the search is on going to replace Sandy. Vocational Services Report: Tom Ives had nothing new to report. International Services Report: Matt Dodge reported that the Sudan water project to produce water filtration equipment will take place it in the future. He also reported that Dick Swett will be in Sudan in the near future. Chris Parkinson added that the Amigos project in Honduras has 23 volunteers pledged to go in country to the same village they went last year. He also asked the club for a much needed $500 donation. Club Vision and History Report: Matt Gatzke reported that the committee will be preparing the Five Forward from present statement starting next year. Scholarships Report: Jeannie Richards reported the application will be available on line Community Service Report: Gerry Carrier reported the tree sale was well organized. He also said the “Bell Ringing can be used for a missed meeting. He also said the Car Show is moving forward.
After a call by President Dave Scanlan for any additional business and hearing none he ended the meeting.
