The New Hampshire Preservation Alliance strengthens communities and stimulates local economies by encouraging the protection and revival of historic buildings and places.
The story of an incredible World War II couple - George Stalnaker, an American pilot forced to parachute out of his crippled bomber after destroying the last bridge the Nazis could use to reinforce troops at Normandy, and Simone de Cruzel, a member of the French Underground and spy for Britain who was captured, imprisoned, and put on Death Row after her identity was compromised. George and Simone manage to survive, meet, and fall in love. They may have been born world apart but they were alike in one important way – heroism was in their DNA!
