Announcements:
• 2nd announcement for Catherin Minihan to become a member.
• Roadside pick up 10.21.23, 7:30a
• Auction – Sponsorship dollars and items are coming in. 50/50 raffle, tickets are $5.00. Bob Couch to update website with this year’s auction forms, hopefully this weekend.
• Pavilion still waiting on sign hopefully resolved within in the next 2 weeks, plague on one of the posts giving credit to Bow Rotary Club and Cobb Hill Construction of pavilion.
• 09.30.23 – 5k Road Race Bow Athletic Club, fireworks and beer garden.
• Malawi project – great team in Africa, still waiting for checks from Hopkinton and Queen City Club. Water ambulance operating and getting reports on time.
• Interact – fully engaged, activities planned out for end of year, will be selling raffle tickets for Auction, Trunk or Treat, roadside clean up and bird seed wreathproject.
• Early Act – School grounds clean up, work with Interact on bird seed wreath project.
• Amigos maxed out on team size, still looking for a dentist, 01.27.24 to 02.03.24 team arrives in Honduras. Chris Parkinson looking to raise money as golf tournament did not raise a lot of funds. Will be visiting clubs to raise additional funds.
• Peter Imse - 4 weeks before and after missed meeting to make up. Let’s keep our club attendance above 90.0% and be one of the clubs with the best attendance in the district!

Foundation – Balance at end of August 2023 was $18,333.Unrestricted assets, $7,500. Malawi still waiting on some funds from other clubs.
Bow Rotary Club – Balance at end of August 2023 was $18,248.
