Announcements:
Matt Dodge - Auction: Great items & Sponsors. Ads on Facebook, Bow Times, radio & Signs. Members asked to get the word out to family & friends and send then the link.
Judy Goodnow - Trunk/Treat: Sunday at Bow High from 2:00-3:30 P.M. Rotary & Interact will participate.
Bob CouchTrees/Wreaths: Delivery November 25. Promote with flyers & word of mouth
Gerry CarrierPavilion: Still working on contractor bidding. Will solicit contractor that is constructing the building adjacent to pavilion for the town.
Gerry CarrierRotary Park cleanup: Gerry & Harry Judd were the saviors!
Donna Deos has put her name forward to be District Governor in the 2025-2026 Rotary year. Congrats  Donna! We're all wishing her the best and hoping she will be selected.

Jon Ruggles: 78 years old. No aches or pains. Sold R&T 1 year ago. Joined Rotary in 1980 Is donating $100 to Rotary Foundation to get the Gates Foundation triple match.

Program: Club Assembly
Secretaries Report Gerry Carrier: Membership at 46, 39 Active. Few members owe for breakfast. October 24, 2022 was Polio Day – triple donations by Bill Gates.
Treasurer's Repoprt Paul Mercier: Paul had sent a report to the members earlier in the week.
Club Funds: $15,001.17 , from which breakfast and RI second half dues and other expenses will reduce this total.
Foundation: Net assets $38,808.53. Of this, $5,000 is designated for Global grant/Child Find. Another $19,929.92 for the Pavilion, $500 donor restricted for camperships and $11,378.61 for remaining budget items. Annual auction, Christmas tree sales & the pavilion are the focus of Foundation activities at present.
 
Paul also requested the support of current members who routinely attend weekly meetings to volunteer their assistance with treasurer activities. Please notify Paul if you are able to help.
Bill Ames: The auction news will be published in the Concord Monitor, Bow Times & Union Leader
Chris Parkinson: Honduras team of 20 is set to go. Still in need of dentists. Supply donations are being accepted. Shuttle drivers are needed for transportation of the team to Boston.
Ben Kiniry: Have funding. Application completed, waiting for signatures.
Bryant Stevener: Upcoming events Auction & Christmas trees.
 
New Member Induction: President Michelle Fortin, with assistance of Gerry Carrier led the Induction ceremony for Mike Ard. Mike expressed his pleasure of becoming a Rotarian and looks forward to working with our members.
