Mike Griffin reported that the profit from the Christmas trees was approximately $5,000.
Dick Swett reported that next board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday the 20th at 6:30 PM. Notices, agendas, Treasury's report, and secretary's minutes will be sent out.
A letter was received from the Boys and Girls Club, dated December 22, thanking the Rotary Club for their donation to the bird seed kit program
Donna Deos presented an award to Gerry Carrier and the Bow Rotary Club for their financial support in 2024/2025 to end Polio
Two requests for funding for foundational and club support were received from the Shelter Box. These will be available for members to review and will be discussed at the board meeting on the 20th.
A holiday card was received from the Monarch School of New England.
Sergeant at Arms: Dave Farr
Gerry Carrier received the Sergeant at Arms “Rotarian of the Year” award for 2025. "It's the inaugural Sergeant of Arms Award."
Birthdays:
Paul Rizzi was not present for Club to sing to him
Ken Moulton had a birthday in December.
Matt Dodge had a couple of words for his year.
His company had one of its best years and he was named a top wealth management team in New Hampshire by Forbes.
Matt and his wife are grateful for their healthy and active parents.
Started his competition ski season and looks forward to that.

Donna Deos apologized to Chris Parkinson for missing the skit and requested a link to the YouTube replay. Also, happy that she is halfway through their governor year.
Gerry Carrier thanked everyone for the ugly sweater donation to the Rotary Foundation and challenged five more people to bring sweaters next year to increase the donation.
A happy buck was given for Dick Swett’s grandson Kip, who’s hockey team is having a successful season – so far is 3-1
Dave Scanlan mentioned that 250 years ago, the colony of New Hampshire convened a congress and created its own constitution due to the royal governor's abandonment.
The original manuscript is in the state archives and will be on display at the State House visitor center for two to three weeks.
Also Josiah Bartlett's waistcoat is also part of the display.
Jon Ruggles happy buck was that this year will be the 47th year he has been involved in the Boys and Girls Club golf tournament, of which he has been part of from the beginning.
Mike Griffin has been in the health insurance industry for 35 years and has only had two employers. Mike started working for CGI Business Solutions in Auburn, New Hampshire, on Monday.
Tanya Frost was happy about the Boys and Girls Club auction which raised $129,000, exceeding the goal of $120,000.Tanya also had two weeks off for the holidays. Also had someone in the room dressed up as the Grinch for their holiday party.
Dick Bean was happy for his upcoming Birthday on the 12th of January.
Chris Parkinson was in the Faulkland Islands. The trip will continue around Cape Horn, then to Chile, and finally to Machu Picchu.
Program:Scholarship Award Ceremony
Mike Gula mentioned giving out $25,000 for the Scholarship Program to eight students at Bow High School on June 2nd. All eight recipients were present either in person, on the phone, or on Zoom at the meeting.
Mike thanked Tamar Roberts and Michael Griffin for their help on the committee.

Jaden Glace
Jaden is a student at UNH and was accepted into their pre-law program.
She aims to become a family law attorney.
She is part of the hall council at Hetzel Hall and involved in a co-ed community service fraternity.
Cole Cochran
Cole achieved Eagle Rank in September.
He is part of the college choir and an all-male acapella group.
He is leaning towards environmental science as a major.
Cole is at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Emily Fauteux
Emily is a nursing major at St Anselm College in Manchester.
Hopes to become a midwife and will have to go to doctorate school after St. A's.
Is in the Student Nursing association and on the track team.
Accepted into Road for Hope, a Saint A's tradition:
Will raise $25,000 for nine different charities
Will be bused to Maine with 40 students and walk back to campus (130 miles).
Liam Miller
Major is cybersecurity, which is a mix of law and computer science.
Took math and intro to criminal justice classes.

Natalie Moltisanti
Attending Manchester Community College.

Previously at NHT for education but switched to welding
There was a Q&A session for the recipients which yielded some great laughs.
President Dick closed the meeting with a toast to Rotary the world over.
