Announcements:
- Eric Anderson – Moving ahead on fund raising. Concert Series will be on Thursdays this summer.
- Carol Niegisch - First grade books are in. Bow Elementary reading on 5/19 and Dunbarton 5/18.
- Linda Bliss - Roadside pick-up is tomorrow. We have just enough volunteers to cover. Meet at 8:00 on Rt 3A park and ride. Gerry Carrier announced that he had checked out the southern end and we probably should double up down there due to the excessive amount of trash.
- David Gazaway - Car Show May 20th. We are going to need a lot of help with parking. Looking for volunteers. Currently 54 pre-registered vehicles. Hoping for good weather! Could still use assistance with set up on Friday afternoon and early Saturday morning as early as 6:30 a.m. Goodie bags Friday evening at 6:00 at David’s office. Looking for items for goodie bags. Signs will be out this week in the Concord area.
- Mike Griffin – Scholarship applications are in. This year there are 10 applicants. Committee will be meeting next week.
- Steve DeStefano - Interact is winding down. Currently in the process of changing officers for next year. There are only 4 Seniors this year. They have had underclassmen as Officers the past few years. Could use more volunteers for parking.
- Ben Kiniry - Global Grant updates. Did not work on global grant this week. Will work on today and have email out to members of the committee today before noon. Then will be sending out.
- Peter Imse- Spoke on Early Act. Had some funds left. Encouraged students to think about ideas. Discussed pencil sharpeners. Donating $600 to school district to reequip pencil sharpeners in Middle School. Early Act kids will be bringing food again.

Michele Fortin – Thank you to Ben and Matt for assisting with meeting last week. A lot of change this year: sold home in Bow and moved to Strafford. Changed jobs. Kids are doing great. Donate $100 to the foundation.
Judy Goodnow - Happy with Grandchildren. Have begun second year as President of Pope Memorial SPCA’s board. A lot of traveling. Listening to French CDS as she will be doing another trip in October with her sister.
Dick Swett- Had a birthday. It’s been a good year. Contributed to the Foundation. 16 Grandkids and counting. Good year businesswise.

Linda Bliss - Bought a pickle ball paddle. “Now I have to learn how to use it.”
David Farr- Started teaching his SNHU class. 10 students came first day. 12 second day.
Mike Griffin - Happy buck from Melissa Howard. Serves on Granite VNA. Attended event at Bull Barn. Good turn out of Rotarians.
Program:
Shawna Bowman and Sarah Aiken Koutroubas - Community Bridges
Shawna. Became involved when son was diagnosed with Autism in 2008. Became involved with Community Bridges when her son was 2. In 2018 she joined Community Bridges Presently serves as Director of External Relations. Involved with grant writing and fundraising.
Sarah- Vice President of Individual & Family Services. Her son just turned 21 in January of this year. Her son was born 8 weeks prematurely with a rare genetic diagnosis. Daughter passed away from same diagnosis. Community Bridges offered Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Developmental Therapy.
Community Bridges was founded in 1982. Supports individuals with developmental disabilities. Offers social activities to develop natural support within the community. Serve about 1100 individuals in Merrimack County area (50 live in Bow).
Program is funded primarily through State and Federal dollars. They really rely on donations and fundraising to support program and supplement Medicaid.
Ben Kiniry- asked how many individuals they serve. Sarah stated that they serve 1100 individuals within Merrimack County.
President Michelle presented the book ”A Kids Book About Disabilities” which will be donated to the Baker Free Library
