President Gerry opened the meeting at 07:30 and Karen shared some inspiration.

- Melissa Howard - 4-Way Test Speech Contest - All set with 7 contestants. Doors open at 6:00 contest starts at 6:30.
- Pres Gerry - Has found a marker stone at the brush dump. Tim Sweeny helping.

PETS next weekend. Dick and Tanya are both going.
- Dave Scanlan - Camperships - 2 approved, one more pending. Deadline was the 10th but we will still except additional applications until our budget is depleted.
- David Gazaway - Car Show is on track. One new platinum sponsor - Diamond Detailing. Also one new car show class has been added. Used to have just 90's and Newer but that put 25 years in one class so we have made 90's it's own class and added 2000's and newer this year.

Chris Parkinson is joining Tony Gilmore and his wife on a vacation trip to Africa in September.
Peter Imse - Glad the town meeting behind him. All went really well, he really appreciates all of the volunteers. This was his 26th year as town moderator.
David Gazaway - Scooting, & Dylan has been accepted for the fall semester at UNH & Caleb has been accepted and will be going to a business school. (sorry couldn't catch the name.)

Easterseals NH - Mission Fortify
Building a campus on the Merrimack County property in Boscawen/Franklin. Working on phase one 29 apartments under way. 14 spoken for. Includes a community room. Phase two will be a retreat center for help with different types of services. Also includes a number of hotel-stile rooms for short term stays or conference housing. Need to raise $22m for phase two. Recreation space and center. Conference space will hold up to 200. Money has been donated by a family to build a named equine facillity.
President Gerry closed the meeting with a toast to Rotary the world over.
