Program:
Michele Fortin introduced Joyce Kimball.  Joyce has served as the president of the Bow Garden Club.  She is now on the NH Federation of Garden Clubs.

The Bow Garden Club was formed in 1964.  She started with the club in 2001.  The Club now has 80+ members.  They are looking at taking on new projects, working with Town and with our Rotary Club.  Bow Municipal Building is an area of focus, and the Old Town Hall as well.  Every year, they maintain the Bow Rotary Park which is in the center of town. Town Gazebo Garden is maintained as well.  Fundraisers are poinsettia sale in winter and flower sale in spring.  They also maintain a Cancer Pink Ribbon Shaped area at the Memorial Field in Concord.  They also have a pajama and book drive, which is happening now to be donated to children in need.  Cost of maintaining Rotary Park and Town Gazebo is about $1300.  Joyce really appreciates the support that our Rotary Club provides to the Garden Club.

President Gerry closed the meeting at 8:30 with a toast to Rotary the world over.

Respectfully Submitted,
Mike Giffin
