Gale read a thank you card from the Friends of the Baker Free Library for a donation from the club. The Lower Level project is moving well and should open in March.
Judy Goodnow asked all former presidents and board members to stand as a reminder that we all share in managing the good work of Bow Rotary. She then read the slate of officers nominated to serve in the year starting July 1:

Birthdays: Tom Wilson celebrated with a new liver. He is in real good shape, though he has no immunity. "It's good to be here and to see you."

Rick Minard offered a buck because the Concord Chorale is singing Handel this weekend, and another in honor of the slate of officers.
Judy Goodnow celebrated the new leadership team.
Steve DeStefano had visited with his daughter Kimberly, who's working in a school system in San Jose and loving it.
Mike Griffen: happy to have tix to the Patriot's game on Saturday.
Chris Parkinson: Delighted to have Raphael and Sophie with them for a while.
Ben Kiniry praised the generosity of the club and its good work in the community helping people in need.
Dave Gazaway: $5 to see Tom back for breakfast.
Club Assembly:
Michelle Fortin had final figures on the aution: $31,442 gross, $25,778 net! Thank you! And the winning team was Team Fortin so Michelle gave the prize ($100 for dinner at the Centennial) to Matt Gatzke for his tireless work on the auction.
Raffle: Betsy Patton had the winning ticket but missed the joker.
Secretary's Report: 53 members plus 5 honoraries; strong attendance but not 100%.
Treasurer's Report: $3,950 net from Christmas Tree sales, bringing the club account to about $22,000 and the Foundation account to $51,000.
New Generations: Interact is collecting lightly used winter coats, mittens and hats. Bring them here next Friday! Also "cooking for the troops." The first meeting of the new Early Act club at Memorial School will be Jan 23 with 11 members and four wonderful advisers. The Scholarship Committee will soon get to work.
Community Service: Car show is May 20! Roadside pickup will happen in the early spring. There's a new community calendar in the works. Rotary is working up a new town MAP with the recreation trails marked on the back. No Winterfest! Instead, the town wants to make more of the tree lighting ceremony next year.
Taste of Bow event to benefit the Booster Club will be at the Library Lower Level on March 23.
Nate Sanel and Ben Kiniry are developing plans for a family-oriented mountain bike festival to use the Pioneer trails. Could be great.
The Bell rang at 8:25 to end the meeting.
