BACtober Fest – only 2 people stopped at table, Tanya will work with planners from Bow Athletic Club to see if they will set up vendors closer to the activities in future.
Auction Update – less than a month away! Over 100 items so far – still need more. Go to businesses you signed up for to go pick up items. Carol Neigish will be sending reminder emails to those who signed up for specific businesses.
Trunk or Treat – need candy donations, bring to next meeting. Event is on October 26th 2p-3:30p. Need another volunteer to help distribute candy. Connect with Linda Bliss if you can help (Wizard of Oz theme).

46 Interact students participated in roadside pick up around school and town pond!
Roadside clean up on October 18. Only 11 signed up, would like 16 people. Reach out to Ben Kiniry if you can attend.
23 Early Act students are in their club and just elected officers. They also did trash clean up!
Hooksett Satellite Club has submitted paperwork for their own charter! Having a party November 13. Gerry Carrier sent out email with ticket information. Limited space.

Brad Abel – had fun at golf tournament. Welcome to Finn Frost. Glad daughter is home from college for a visit.
Peter Imse – You have to laugh as you age. Left his travel mug on top of his car and drove off with it. Dented the mug and attempted to fix it, then left it on the top of the car again which helped repair the original damage!
Bill Ames – tomorrow leaves for Galapagos for 20 days!
Tanya Frost – accepted into Leadership NH Class. First session was yesterday – having so much fun. Class of 2026 is largest class to date.
Ryan Anastasi – happy to have EleanaColby as speaker today. Heading to North Carolina next weekend.
Jerry Kingwill – Back from 14 days of visiting family in South Africa. No travel issues and came home with no luggage lost.
Durwood Sargent – went to Fryeburg Fair and visited the Rotary food stand at the fair several times. Does this count as a makeup meeting? Glad to see Eric Anderson back on the job!
Eric Anderson – a week ago had last brain scan and all clear!
Mike Ard – Early Act is all young women, hoping to add young men
Matt Dodge – going to Charity Golf Tournament. Lemon car race is next weekend.
Rob Warner – went to Italy last week. Got to see the Pope speak – very inspiring
Program: Ryan Anastasi introduced Eleana Colby, State Representative and member of Bow Select Board.
Eleana moved to Bow in 2003. Started her volunteerism with coaching a t-ball team. She thanked the Bow Rotary for all we do for the town. She provided an outline of work of Town Select Board. Gave an overview of the 2026 budget process. Also clarified misconceptions of Bow Recreation Center and Bow Bog Meeting House.
President Elect Tanya closed the meeting with a toast to Rotary the world over.
