Program:
Tanya introduced Will Stuart
He gave us an insight as to how and why N.H. is facing a shortage in labor, housing and the ability to attract and keep young people. A survey was done in 2017 followed up with one done in 2022 both show that we are facing a crisis in keeping young as well a middle age employees. The un-employment rate is a 1.6 percent business across the board are looking to hire skilled help.
One fact came out is that N.H. has the second oldest population in the country.  Adding to that we have a shortage on housing and reasons to hold young people here.  Lack of mass transit, nightlife, and other things people look for all add up the N.H. losing it's population.

Respectfully Submitted,
Tom Ives
