Lucy Morris of “Lucy Morris Coaching” and “NE School of Archery” gave a presentation on the 6 Arrows of Power. Her objective is to allow people to take back their lives by reducing stress, and feeling better through diet, exercise and down time. Her 6 Arrows of Power are:
  1. Down time – this is important but frowned upon in western culture. All it takes is 2 minutes out of 45 at work.
  2. Routine – (Morning) deliberately slow down, go outside, listen to music. (Evening) – no electronics 30 minutes before bed.
  3. Eating – cut down on sugar, wheat and dairy. Plan for nutrition.
  4. Active Exercise – take regular walks or join a gym.
  5. Meditation – reduces stress and improves focus.
  6. Self Talk – stay in tune with yourself.
