Matt Gatzke
introduced Kerri Makinen, the new Community Development Director for the town of Bow, talked about her time working in Salem before starting in Bow.  She said that almost everyone in the dept. is new.  They have moved from the basement up to the main floor into new offices.  She is hoping to meet as many Bow residents as possibly.
Several projects she talked about including the conversion of the Field House off from Rt.3.
Up-grading and adding onto business like The Liquor Warehouse, Bow Auto Salvage. Granite Counter Tops.  The hot button item is the Flatley Company’s plans for a commercial/residential development on the Colby property on Logging Hill just up from the I-89 on/off ramp.
She ended her talk with a request that people think about ways for people to meet at a town center like venue where they can stop by to share ideas.

Respectfully Submitted,
Tom Ives
