Memorial Day the town will be having an event at the Community Building.  Rotary will have a booth and start up will be 10am, the event will start at 11am and the Men’s Club will be hosting a picnic at noon.

There are several slots available to help out with Bow community Pride week and several members have already signed up.

The District funds that were collected for helping Ukrainians went to buy a home for several displaced families.  

Final tallies for the car show are being prepared and for those who like numbers, it looks like we should net about $12,000.

Concert Series - Peter Imse passed around a sign-up sheet for help with the concerts.  There were also schedules that have been printed up by Dick Bean and Concord Print and Mail on the tables with dates and times.  Unfortunately the Men’s Club has declined to have food at the event but fortunately there is a local family who has a food truck that will be there instead.

Rotary pavilion discussion (previously announced twice) regarding the possibility of having a Rotary pavilion constructed to commemorate members who have passed away while actively serving in the club.  This would have Chuck Reinhardt’s name on it but we will then have a plaque with all members who have passed while active at the OTH.  In 2018, part of the Club’s visioning questionnaire revealed many members wanted to look into doing more service projects in town.  We also have had an issue with funds accumulating to a high level, one that goes against our mission as a club.  This project would accomplish both of these suggestions.  The Pavilion will be located at Hanson field, which is to the right of the upper field second entrance.  The committee that was put together to look at this project met with the town and they agreed this would be an ideal location for the project.  The town is going to be constructing a maintenance shed and will incorporate the concrete pad for the Pavilion.  Public works will do the excavation work for the pad.  The size can either be a 14x16 which would fit 2 picnic tables end to end or a bit bigger 16x24 which would fit 4 tables.  Material would be roughly $4,800 for the smaller and $7,000 for the larger.  Adding the pad and labor costs and the total price would be $15,000 or $20,000.

Donna Deos wanted to know if the club would have signage rights, answer, we would.

Dave Gazaway had 2 questions.  1) The material costs for the metal roof would be taken care of from a donor and 
2) Would there be a spot for a gas grill?  Answer, yes but not under the Pavilion.

Dean Cascadden asked if there would be labor expected from Rotarians?  Answer no.  He also added that we should not go cheap in the construction as it is a community   structure and should be made safe.

Jon Ruggles commented that any additional electrical would cost between $3,000 - $5,000

Chris Parkinson asked if this would be next to existing concessions?  Answer no as it would not be conducive to do so because of future development being the current concession stands.

Karen Wadsworth asked a question regarding distance from bathrooms and Gerry Carrier stated the town maintenance shed next to it would have bathrooms, water and electrical running to the pavilion
