It was good to be back at Rotary after a couple of weeks away (A training course in Melbourne and a quick holiday with Marea in Tasmania)

Craig Mathieson for organising the roster of help for the RC of Dalby at the annual Stock Horse Sale.
Rob Baryla did a fabulous job organising the Club Christmas Party on the 30th.
and VP Russell Manns for keeping the president’s chair warm in my absence
We have our Club (and RCTE Foundation) AGM on this coming Thursday. Obtaining the final version of the audited accounts will be a close run thing. I am hoping we can have them sent out to everyone at least 1 day before the AGM.
Remember also on Thursday that we will conduct a collection of money or Christmas goodies for the YellowBridge Yellow Bucket appeal.
This Thursday will be our last meeting at the Downs Club for 2024.
We have the vocational visit to Aerotec at the Toowoomba Aerodrome on Thursday 19th.
The December RCTE Board meeting will be conducted on Wednesday 11th. Among other things the Board will consider the next step in the implementation of ClubRunner.
The Downs Club MUST HAVE FIRM numbers. Your help is vital as I need to get these numbers to the staff at the club by Tuesday Morning for Thursday’s meeting so they can book others in for lunch.
