 l Committee is delighted to invite you\, your families and friends to part
 icipate in our 2026 Community Clean-Up Event on Saturday\, April 18\, fro
 m 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This year\, we will be working across two locat
 ions:  1) ValleyBrook Park – coordinated by George Vincent Address: 115
 0 Valleybrook Dr\, Oakville  (Meeting point is the intersection of Valleyb
 rook Dr & Pineview Dr\, Oakville) 2) Morrison Channel – coordinated by K
 arla Cabrera Address: Meeting point is the intersection of 8th Line & Fal

 l attending\, including family members and guests\, so we can plan appropr
 iately and ensure everyone is accounted for.  To recognize the contributio
 ns of our volunteers:  • Students will receive volunteer hours\, and •
  All participants will receive a coupon for free popcorn at Film.ca as a s
 mall thank‑you for helping keep our community beautiful.  After the clea
 n-up\, you are warmly invited to join us at the Pump & Patio Pub in Oakv
 ille for lunch\, laughter\, and a relaxed celebration of our shared commit
 ment to the environment and to one another. Feel free to arrive as soon as
  your shift wraps up.  Community clean-ups are a simple but powerful way t
 o protect local ecosystems\, strengthen community pride\, and demonstrate 
 Rotary’s ongoing commitment to service. Your participation truly makes a
  difference.  Notes for Volunteers  To ensure everyone has a safe and comf
 ortable experience\, please consider the following:  Parking at both locat
 ions may be limited\, so we encourage carpooling where possible.  Dress f
 or the weather Wear clear/bright colours for visibility Long sleeves and h
 igh socks are recommended Comfortable\, closed‑toe shoes Hair tied back 
 if long Supplies will be provided by us\, though you are encouraged to bri
