On July 4, the City of Bellaire had their annual parade and festival to celebrate Independence Day. As usual, the Rotarians from Bellaire/SW Houston had watermelon available. The club accepted donations to the Polio Plus Foundation from those who visited the booth. The club will be able to make a donation of about $300 from the efforts of those who helped serve and those who were kind enough to donate. Even in all of the heat, we were pretty cool!
