Bellaire Rotarians awarded three scholarships to outstanding college-bound students during the annual Asian Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet.  The Rotary honorees, Van Thai, Sharon Zhou, and Rachel Cao, each received a $1000 scholarship and are pictured with the other winners (right). Scholarships are an important part of Rotary's literacy focus and both reward and encourage academic excellence in the leaders of tomorrow. Congratulations to our winners!
